Vector Maps
Viewing flights over vector maps is a must these days. SeeYou uses vector maps with very high resolution. For special purposes you will want to combine the vector maps with raster maps (i.e. bitmaps). The SeeYou CIT vector maps and HGT maps from NASA enable SeeYou to display terrain in 3D.

Vector Maps are clear at whatever the zoom may be:

- SeeYou vector maps are based on a 100 by 100m horizontal grid
- download of the high resolution maps requires nothing but an open internet connection
- the maps include height information for 3D terrain model
- when moving the mouse in animation, distance and glide angle is displayed in status bar

You can combine both vector and raster maps to view Your flight in exactly the detail You need.
